VMA 2020: Veja lista de indicados

A MTV divulgou dia 30 de julho a lista dos indicados ao prêmio VMA 2020, que acontece no dia 30 de agosto. Lady Gaga e Ariana Grande se destacaram com mais indicações na edição deste ano, principalmente pela parceria "Rain On Me".

A proposta da cerimônia é mostrar a "a poderosa força unificadora da música" em meio à pandemia de coronavírus.

Por conta da quarentena que mantém os músicos e seus fãs em casa, a MTV também adicionou as categorias de melhor videoclipe doméstico e melhor performance na quarentena para os prêmios deste ano.

Pelo segundo ano, a premiação da MTV americana elege os melhores clipes de K-pop, segundo eles, em uma categoria específica do gênero. Grupos como BTS, EXO e Red Velvet estão entre os indicados. 

E os meninos do BTS foram os únicos coreanos que apareceram em outras categorias do VMA 2020, além daquela que premia apenas o seguimento. Eles ganharam indicações também em “Melhor Pop” e “Mellhor Coreografia”.
